As someone who has struggled with all the toxic culture around food and exercise, I have found away to take my past mistakes and use them as a way to help others in discovering the healthy approach to reaching their goals. I strive to be the best me through both fitness and through dialing in on the fun and experience that is nutrition. Food is something that is not only essential to our physical well-being, but our mental as well. Happy stomach, happy mind! I'm so excited to start this journey with you.
